FIT INDIA MOVEMENT

REPORT OF FITNESS WEEK
As part of the Fit India Movement,we have observed Fitness
week from 18 th to 23 rd November.The extensive six day
program is aimed to address both physical and mental fitness
needs of children. On the first day of the week Yoga was
conducted in the morning assembly. Second day Free Hand
Exercise was given for all students. A Poster Making
competition was conducted for students on the theme’ Fit Body
and Fit Mind’. Aerobics and Karate was also done as part of the
fitness week.
The celebration of Fitness Week helps to bring behavioral
changes in children from their passive stage to active field.
